The Bond-Rite clamp is a self-testing monitoring clamp that when connected to the object to be grounded or bonded, will provide a visual confirmation of proper ground, by way of a flashing "green" LED lamp on the top surface of the clamp. The stainless steel clamp is Intrinsically Safe (I.S.) rated and is powered by a 9-volt Lithium Manganese battery.
The standard design includes a 16-ft, 2 conductor Hytrel spiral cable and a wall mounted junction box with two ground connection cables.
The resistance set-point to proper ground is < 10 Ohms meeting current NFPA77 standards.
