The Bond-Rite Remote EP is a wall or column mount ground monitoring unit that when connected to the object to be grounded will provide a visual confirmation of the proper ground by way of a flashing "green" LED lamp positioned on the front cover of the enclosure. Power supply is provided by 110-volt / 220-volt and ideal for those applications where the connection clamp will be attached to the equipment for prolonged periods of time.

The Bond-Rite Remote EP is offered as a system in that a power supply box or power supply box and junction box are used to connect 1, 2 or 3 monitoring units from the same power supply. The power supply box (model VESC91) coverts the 110-volt / 220-volt power supply to an Intrinsically Safe (I.S.) circuit allowing the junction box (model VESM63) and monitoring units to be safely mounted in the hazardous area.

The enclosure is Nema 4X rated. The standard design includes a 16-ft, 2 conductor Hytrel spiral cable with aluminum or stainless steel dual circuit connection clamps. A 32-ft spiral cable is optional.

The Bond-Rite Remote EP offers a safe, economical and simple to install solution for applications where it is necessary to verify a good static ground connection onto drums, totes, tanker trucks, railcars, or other conductive objects. The resistance set-point to proper ground is < 10 Ohms meeting current NFPA77 standards.
