The Sole-Mate® anti-static industrial footwear test station device is a simple to use monitor that checks the
condition of static-dissipative safety footwear which is worn to prevent workers picking up dangerous levels
of static charge in hazardous areas. The unit will provide a “pass” or “fail” signal dependent on whether or
not the resistance falls within the pre-set limits it is designed for. The unit is set to measure resistance
according to the ANSI Z41 SD Type II standard, with an upper limit being 1x 109 Ohms.
